Superior Street in Chicago is the original home of Sunny Side Up Breakfast & Lunch, founded by son-father duo Nicholas Sord and Bryan Sord. In 2020, the breakfast and lunch place was brought to Las Vegas, opening at Boca Park Fashion Village, at 750 S Rampart Blvd.

Permit paperwork recently submitted to Clark County shows a project planned for Spring Valley’s Grand Canyon Parkway, a 125-acre open air shopping center at 4195 S Grand Canyon Dr. The project is called “Sunnyside [sic] Up” and has an estimated budget of $250,000.

The Rampart Sunny Side Up offers a sizable menu of breakfast and lunch choices. “Favorites” range from Stuffed French Toast, to the “Chicago Way” (Two eggs your way, choice of ham, bacon, pork or turkey sausage, breakfast potatoes and toast), to Carne Asada Hash, and to the Smoked Salmon Platter (Shaved red onion, capers, tomato, chive creme fraiche, accompanied with a bagel).

What Now Las Vegas was unable to reach a representative of Sunny Side Up Breakfast & Lunch on Tuesday to confirm its connection to the project planned for Grand Canyon Parkway.
