A brand-new destination for Indian cuisine and Indian fusion is coming to Chinatown. Called Swaad Indian Cuisine, this new restaurant is “bringing bold Indian spices, vibrant fusion dishes, and a whole lot of cultural flair to the Las Vegas dining scene,” Ram, an owner of the restaurant, told What Now in an email conversation on Tuesday.

“The name “Swaad” (स्वाद) means “taste” in Hindi — and this place is all about it,” Ram said. “Expect everything from aromatic curries and sizzling tandoori to Nepali Thakali favorites, Indo-Chinese classics, and even artfully crafted sushi. It’s a globe-trotting menu built for adventurous eaters and comfort food lovers alike.”

Opening at 3934 Schiff Drive, Swaad Indian Cuisine joins a thriving community of restaurants like Chengdu Taste and Lullabar Thai Fusion & Izakaya.

Ram describes Swaad Indian Cuisine as a place “Where India’s Flavors Meet Las Vegas Tech Magic”: a “modern tech-powered dining destination.”

All this will take place in a fine-dining atmosphere. “The space is as memorable as the food,” Ram says. “Plush sofa seating, a full bar, traditional marble-look flooring, and massive windows projecting animated Indian cultural graphics that make you feel like you’re walking through a living street market.”
