A brand-new destination for Indian cuisine and Indian fusion is coming to Chinatown. Called Swaad Indian Cuisine, this new restaurant is “bringing bold Indian spices, vibrant fusion dishes, and a whole lot of cultural flair to the Las Vegas dining scene,” a representative told What Now in an email conversation on Tuesday.
“The name “Swaad” (स्वाद) means “taste” in Hindi — and this place is all about it,” the representative said. “Expect everything from aromatic curries and sizzling tandoori to Nepali Thakali favorites, Indo-Chinese classics, and even artfully crafted sushi. It’s a globe-trotting menu built for adventurous eaters and comfort food lovers alike.”
Opening at 3934 Schiff Drive, Swaad Indian Cuisine joins a thriving community of restaurants like Chengdu Taste and Lullabar Thai Fusion & Izakaya.
Swaad Indian Cuisine will be a place “Where India’s Flavors Meet Las Vegas Tech Magic”: a “modern tech-powered dining destination.”
All this will take place in a fine-dining atmosphere. “The space is as memorable as the food. Plush sofa seating, a full bar, traditional marble-look flooring, and massive windows projecting animated Indian cultural graphics that make you feel like you’re walking through a living street market.”
