Tacos 1986 is one of the two powerhouse quick-serve concepts from the streets of Los Angeles that’s set to come to the Neighborhood Food Hall at The Resort at Summerlin this upcoming Spring. For The Win will join Tacos 1986 in The Neighborhood at 221 North Rampart Boulevard.
“Tacos 1986 was born on the streets of Los Angeles with a simple goal – to honor the Tijuana-style taco and do it right,” Victor Delgado, Founder and Owner of Tacos 1986, said in a recent press release.
“Expanding to The Resort at Summerlin marks an exciting chapter, as Tacos 1986 extends that philosophy to Las Vegas and connects two dynamic food cities through a shared appreciation for bold, honest flavors.”
What Now Las Vegas reached out to Delgado for more information on the opening, but did not hear back by the time of publication.
Tacos 1986 has been a Los Angeles institution since 2018, gaining fame for fresh tortillas and abobada from a tromp. What began as taco carts rolling through Hollywood is now a successful chain with nearly 10 Los Angeles-area Tacos 1986 locations.
“Introducing two of Los Angeles’ most celebrated quick-serve concepts to Summerlin reflects our commitment to redefining the culinary landscape at The Resort at Summerlin,” said Vice President & General Manager Michelle McHugh in a recent press release.
“Tacos 1986 and For The Win embody the energy, creativity, and crave-worthiness that define L.A.’s food scene and align seamlessly with our vision of The Neighborhood Food Hall. These partnerships create an exciting LA-to-Vegas connection we know our guests, locals, and devoted fans of both brands will be thrilled to experience.”
Tacos 1986 is expected to open in the Neighborhood Food Hall at The Resort at Summerlin at 221 North Rampart Boulevard by March 2026.
