Palace Station will soon be home to Tacos & Tequila, a restaurant and cantina serving traditional and modern Mexican cuisine.
The restaurant previously enjoyed a successful ten year run on the Las Vegas Strip, until its location at the Luxor closed its doors. It will now reopen in the 4,000 sq. ft. Palace Station space previously occupied by Little Tony’s.
The new Tacos & Tequila location will serve favorites like its shrimp quesadilla (grilled shrimp, black beans, Oaxaca cheese, pico de gallo, chipotle aioli, crema fresca, and avocado in a flour tortilla) and the #1 Alambre (filet mignon, applewood smoked bacon, Oaxaca cheese, poblano chili, onion, and cilantro on a corn tortilla), along with plant-based and gluten-free options.
The restaurant will also offer a number of signature cocktails, including margarita varieties like pineapple chipotle, strawberry agave, and pomegranate acai. True to its name, Tacos and Tequila carries a broad selection of tequilas including Don Julio, Milagro, El Jimador, Patron, and many others.
Tacos & Tequila is the flagship restaurant of Drive This! Entertainment, the Las Vegas-based entertainment and hospitality company founded by Michael Frey and Craig Gilbert. At Palace Station, the restaurant will be part of a 45-year legacy destination founded in 1976 and modernized in 2018. Its amenities include 575 hotel guest rooms and suites, a resort-style pool area, a luxury nine-screen movieplex, and restaurants like Boathouse Asian Eatery and Tailgate Social.
