The Strip looks to be the future of home Las Vegas’s first outpost of Tapville Social. The Tapville brand is a “tech-forward food and beverage concept” that features self-pour technology, allowing guests to serve their own drinks. Licensing paperwork was submitted for a Tapville Social project in suite S at 3200 S Las Vegas Blvd.
“Order a menu item at your convenience from a table-tablet,” reads a description of the Tapville process on the brand’s website, “experiment by sampling various craft libations from our self-pour taps, and use our express check-out when your visit is over.”
What Now confirmed news of a Las Vegas opening with franchisee Gary Messersmith on Tuesday. Messersmith comes to the brand with twenty years of experience in the food service.
The Tapville Social in Naperville, Illinois offers a menu that opens with Bites like Crispy Brussel Sprouts, Cheese Curds, and Shishito Peppers; plus shareables like Buffalo Chicken Dip, Chicago-Style Flatbread, and Classic Nachos. Entrées include Mac & Cheese (toppable with buffalo chicken, lobster, and BBQ short rib), Cajun Pasta, and Tomato Vodka Penne. Also available are selections of handhelds and salads, plus a weekend brunch menu.
Las Vegas’s Tapville Social location is still in pre-construction, Messersmith said, and details regarding the menu remain under wraps for now.
Entering the Fashion Show orbit, Tapville Social will be part of a food and drink community that includes The Habit Burger Grill, California Pizza Kitchen, and Galpao Gaucho. It is expected to open in Spring 2023.
