A new restaurant serving Japanese-style crepes is preparing to open its doors in the retail center at East Flamingo Road and Maryland Parkway. Called Ichigo Crepe, it’s another new concept from the team that brought Las Vegas What’s Crepe.

Located at 8665 West Flamingo Road, Suite 106, What’s Crepe serves up crepes, Belgian waffles, milk teas and more. You can expect to find something similar at Ichigo Crepe.

“Ichigo is Japanese-style crepe that is made fresh to order with fresh fruits and all ingredients made daily in-house,” Ellie, a co-owner of Ichigo Crepe, told What Now in a text message on Friday. “We will also be serving ceremonial grade matcha and other beverages. As of right now, we mainly focus on sweet crepes, but we also offer savory options and are planning to expand on our savory menu in the near future.”

Opening at 3957 S Maryland Parkway, Ichigo Crepe will join restaurants like Sleepyhead Donut & K-Dog, All You Korean BBQ, and Five Guys.

As the opening approaches, you can also follow @whats_crepe on Instagram and check out that crepe spot at 8665 W Flamingo Road.
