The Barista Botanist is set to make its big Sin City debut this year, with an opening coming to the new The Cliff redevelopment in Henderson.
The new cafe and plant shop will open alongside The Taco Stand, Killer Whale Creamery, and more at 2500- 2550 Paseo Verde Parkway, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

“We take pride in sourcing the freshest ingredients to help our community eat right and feel right,” The Barista Botanist website reads.
“Smiling faces, curated plants, handmade pottery, and fresh flowers will greet you at the door, and our delicious, extensive menu will keep you coming back.”
Harrison opened the Barista Botanist in Pacific Beach, San Diego, last summer. The Cass Street shop features coffee, houseplants, and healthy eats.
“Our commitment to organic whole ingredients is at the heart of everything we do,” the website reads.
The spot specializes in seed-oil-free, organic food, unique botanical-infused drinks, and curated, purchasable plants.
The menu includes a variety of speciality coffees and lattes like the Lavender Ube Latte, the Cinnamon Maple Mocha, and the Banana Cold Brew. The Barista Botanist also serves a multitude of smoothies, protein sandwiches, like the Wild Tuna and Regenerative Egg Salad, and more.
