A new Human Bean location is planned for southwest Las Vegas, opening early next year. Licensing paperwork submitted to Clark County shows the Human Bean opening at 8860 S Durango Dr #100, at the intersection with West Pebble Road.
“The Human Bean is really community-oriented,” local attorney and Human Bean franchisee Sagar Raich told What Now on Monday. “My partner and I have been in this community a long time, and the idea is not just to sell coffee; it’s to share coffee with family and friends.”
The drive-thru and walk-up coffee spot will serve drinks like the Granita, an ever-popular frozen espresso concoction, and the Snowy Mocha, which Raich says are the brand’s most popular offerings. In addition to these and other coffee beverages, the Human Bean also offers a selection of sandwiches and an in-house, 100%-natural energy drink.
“It’s the quality of the coffee, and the strength of the brand. There are a lot of community events and raising money for charities. We could have gone other brands as well, but the Human Bean was the best,” said Raich.
The Durango Drive location will open early in 2024. Several more Human locations are also in the works for 2024, Raich says.
