THE MAC is embarking on bringing something fresh and new to the Valley. THE MAC is a new concept set to open in West Las Vegas. According to a City of Las Vegas permit, the new eatery is slated to open in the central submarket at the intersection of Main Street and Washington Ave at 809 N Main St K11.
THE MAC will surely be in good company once the establishment opens its doors. The Downtown Las Vegas Arts District small shopping center is also home to NdUlgence, Nothin But Flava, and KIO Korean Fried Chicken.
At the helm of the new eatery is Adrion Augustus. What Now Las Vegas briefly spoke with Augustus about the upcoming opening coming to Sin City. Augustus confirmed the opening, but was unable to share additional details by the time of this publication.
The LLC for the new eatery is Augustus Holdings NV. The Domestic Corporation was made official this week.
With the establishment just now getting off the ground, its not surprising that there isn’t a whole of information online about the exciting new addition to Las Vegas’ food scene.
THE MAC does not yet appear to have an online prescene, with no social media or website readily available.
With a name like THE MAC we can only suspect that this new restaurant will bring an exciting spin on an old favorite: macaroni and cheese.
But, as we inch closer towards opening we’re sure more details will come to light. So keep your eyes open and your ears perked for the latest.
THE MAC is anticipated to open in West Las Vegas at 809 N Main St K11 before the end of the year.
