Elevated breakfast is coming to Carson Ave in Downtown Las Vegas. The Parlour, a boozy breakfast place, will open soon in suite 140 at 616 E Carson Ave, in the space formerly occupied by Madero Street Tacos, according to recent coverage in the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

The Parlour will serve coffee drinks, housemade monkey bread and other baked goods, a salmon benny, and a vegan breakfast burrito. Adult beverages (including caffeinated ones) will also be on offer.

The project is the brainchild of Chef Antonio Nunez, the chef who co-founded Henderson’s The Stove restaurant, which offers breakfast and lunch.

Open every day from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m., The Parlour will offer take-out and even drive-thru service, in addition to providing dine-in seating.

The location, coverage on Casino.org points out, has proven difficult for restaurants in the past, and not only for Madero Street Tacos. Previously, it also housed Zydeco Po-Boys, Two Bald Brothers, Bomb Taco, and Santos Guisados Tacos & Beer. The Parlour will be hoping to create an atmosphere that can last on Carson Ave.

What Now reached out to Chef Nunez on Tuesday. Nunez was not immediately available for comment. The Parlour is expected to open in October.
