The Poke Shack & Grill, a Hawaiian-inspired poke and plate lunch restaurant, appears to be opening a second Las Vegas location at 707 Fremont Street, Suite 1230.

No official opening date has been confirmed for the Fremont Street space, and the company has yet to announce the expansion publicly, but a pending permit proves an expansion is on the horizon. The new location would follow the brand’s debut in the Spring Valley area, where owner Chontierra Naovarath opened the first Poke Shack & Grill in Flamingo Village Plaza in 2023, as reported by What Now Las Vegas. At the time, Naovarath told What Now that the concept would include build-your-own poke bowls with proteins like salmon, tuna, mussels, and octopus, along with a variety of Hawaiian barbecue dishes.

Naovarath, who has more than a decade of experience in the food service industry, launched The Poke Shack & Grill as their first restaurant venture. The menu focuses on made-to-order poke bowls, house-made sauces, and specialty lunch items such as Kalua pig sliders, salmon belly, spicy tuna onigiri, and crab nachos, according to the restaurant’s website. Catering options include poke platters, sliders, musubi, and combo trays designed for small groups and events.

The original location has earned praise for its fresh ingredients, casual dine-in space, and approachable pricing. The proposed new site sits within the Fremont East District, an area known for its eclectic mix of restaurants, bars, and foot traffic from both locals and tourists.
