The Stacked Smokewagon is revving up to serve the Valley. According to a City of Las Vegas permit, the new eatery is slated to open in the Northwest area of Las Vegas.
Julie and Thomas Anderson of Battle Born Traders are listed as the owners of the establishment. What Now Las Vegas briefly spoke with Anderson, who shared more details via email.
“With Stacked Smokewagon, we are hoping to bring a fun and delicious twist to the classic Southern BBQ concept. Delicious and indulgent comfort food to create some moments of joy,” Anderson said.
The Stacked Smokewagon is listed on the brand’s website as “coming soon” to Las Vegas this spring.
The Stacked Smokewagon is described as a ‘food Trailer specializing in BBQ & Southern Fusion – Delicious smoked meat specialties.’
“Our concept is what we are calling “Southern Fusion” with a BBQ foundation. Our menu includes smoky and savory comfort food creations “stacked” with meats like smoked brisket, pulled pork, bacon, BBQ Chicken and Sausages,” Anderson said.
“For example, Stacked Brisket Mac & Cheese, Loaded Brisket Fries, Smoked Pork Belly Elotes, and Bacon Grilled Cheese Melt.”
Pictures on the Stacked Smokewagon Instagram page also display the Signature Sweet and Smoky Chipotle Salsa and the Stacked Brisket Melt Grilled Cheese.
There’s no word yet on an official grand opening, but we’re sure you’ll hear more about the Stacked Smokewagon as the brand draws closer towards opening. Anderson shared that the team will be announcing a soft opening on The Stacked Smokewagon Instagram page.
For now, keep your ears open and your eyes peeled on the Stacked Smokewagon’s online presence. The new Valley food truck will also post about special events and offers!
