The developer of The Watermark, a mixed-use project in Henderson’s Water Street District has announced a total of four restaurants for the building, which will offer 40,000 total square feet of retail and office space, plus 151 residential units on its upper levels.
In addition to the new location of PKWY Tavern, a growing local sports-bar-meets-gaming-meets-family-friendly chain, and Pacific Diner, another local restaurant brand, The Watermark will be home to two more food and drink locations: Hard Bean Coffee and World of Wings.
Little is yet known about the two brands. According to recent coverage by the Las Vegas Review-Journal, a representative of the developer has said that both these brands are new local concepts. This would, of course, mean that Hard Bean bears no connection to a coffee shop by the same name in Lumberton, TX.
What Now Las Vegas was unable to reach a representative of either brand this week.
Located at 215 S Water St, The Watermark is expected to open sometime this year. As part of the Water Street District, its restaurants will be part of a vibrant community of food and drink destinations. These include, along Water St, Sticks Tavern, Chinitas Tapas & Sushi, and Water Street Pizzeria.
