With three restaurants and food trucks operating over Las Vegas, Vitos Tacos is “the ultimate destination for all things birria in Las Vegas.”
“Las Vegas-born in 2020, Vitos Tacos started off as a humble, neighborhood birrieria with a passion for bold flavors,” the Vitos Tacos website says. “Word of our delicious birria tacos quickly spread, and people fell in love with our food. Overwhelmed by the demand, it wasn’t long before our first Vitos Tacos food trailer hit the streets, bringing the savory flavors of birria to convenient locations and exciting events across the city.”
And it’s not just tacos: there are Birria Nachos, Birria Fries, Birria Ramen, Egg Rolls filled with birria and mozzarella cheese, and much more.
Now, as the brand already boasts three locations, a fourth appears to be on the way: a building permit was issued by Clark County for work on a new Vitos Tacos at 9770 Las Vegas Blvd, Suite 100.
What Now reached out to owner Victor Gonzalez to inquire about plans for a new Vitos on Las Vegas Boulevard. Gonzalez was not immediately available for comment.
