Founded in 2020, Vitos Tacos has been steadily growing in popularity as “the ultimate destination for all this birria in Las Vegas.” With several food trucks and a brick-and-mortar at the intersection of East Warm Springs Road and South Eastern Avenue, Vitos has been growing its Las Vegas presence, too, and there’s no sign of stopping.
Vitos is now preparing to expand with a new location at 6565 S Fort Apache Road, Unit #175, on the corner opposite Southern Hills Hospital and Medical Center.
“It’s going to be pretty much the same menu,” owner Victor Gonzalez told What Now on Friday.
That menu consists of offerings like Vitos Tacos’ bestseller, the Queso Taco (slow-cooked beef or chicken, corn tortilla, mozzarella cheese, topped with onion & cilantro), Birria Fries (Golden French fries crowned with juicy beef or chicken, our special house-made cheese sauce, green salsa, onion & cilantro), and even Birria Ramen.
The new location will occupy 1400 square feet of space, with seating for about 50 guests. Opening in the retail center on the southwest corner of Fort Apache and Sunset, it will join food and drink spots like Carmine’s Pizza Kitchen and Glaze Doughnuts.
