The retail center on the northeast corner of South Fort Apache Road and West Hacienda Avenue appears to be the future home of a new Wetzel’s Pretzels location. Licensing paperwork submitted recently to Clark County by Twist It LLC shows the Wetzel’s Pretzels opening at 5200 S Fort Apache Rd, the address of a Walmart Supercenter. Las Vegas is home to a number of Wetzel’s Pretzels locations that have opened inside Walmart stores.
Behind Twist It LLC is franchisee Todd Lemoine. What Now reached out to Lemoine on Wednesday to inquire about the upcoming Wetzel’s Pretzels location. Lemoine said it’s still too early to discuss the project and declined to comment further. Lemoine did not confirm the address included with the paperwork.
Wetzel’s pretzels come in flavor profiles like Wetzel’s Original, Sinful Cinnamon, and Almond Crunch. Cheese Pretzels come in varieties like Cheese Meltdown, Pepperoni Twist, and Jalapeno Cheese Melt. The menu also features pretzel-wrapped hotdogs called Pretzel Dogs and bite-sized pretzels called Wetzel Bits. To drink, try a Frozen Lemonade or Frozen Granita.
