What The Grill? is a new eatery set to open on Silverado Ranch. According to a pending permit, the new restaurant is expected to open at 1310 E Silverado Ranch Blvd 105.

The location was recently home to One Noodles and More. The noodles spot was listed as temporarily closed on Yelp. Though the restaurant hasn’t posted on its Facebook page since November of last year, and its Instagram is no longer active, Yelp also reports that Noodles and More is expected to reopen in December 2025.

What Now Las Vegas reached out to the people behind Noodles and More, but did not get a response by the time of publication. What Now Las Vegas also reached out to the owner listed on the permit for What The Grill, Ping Xu, but did not receive a response by the time of the publication of this article.

The permit also listed Deligrill LLC as the owner of the new establishment.

While there isn’t much information about what will be offered at the new eatery, it will be surrounded by a plethora of diverse offerings. This addition to the Silverado Ranch shopping center will surely be just as much of a refreshing new addition to the complex.

While there is no exact opening date listed and available to the public, you can expect to see the new restaurant likely open its doors in 2026.
