Created by owners of smash-hit ice cream concept Sorry, Not Sorry Creamery Drew Belcher and Kevin Whelan, together with partner Damian Ocampo, With Love, Always is a brand-new burger and ice cream restaurant. The concept was born as a pop-up and has soft opened its first brick-and-mortar home at 6441 N Durango, Suite 140—where it will be celebrating it’s Grand Opening tomorrow, Saturday, October 26.
“It’s our ‘love letter to Las Vegas,’ Drew Belcher told What Now in an email earlier this week. “We use fresh, never frozen beef with patties being formed fresh all day. High quality beef smashed thin to lock in all the juices with a great beef lace crust! Our fries are fried in 100% Wagyu Beef Tallow. We’ll also be serving French custard dipped soft serve cones.”
Grand Opening special offers and giveaways include 1 free combo per week to the first 5 guests; a free combo for the first 100 guests; free merch for the first 25 guests; and raffle giveaways of 3 TVs, a PS5, and 3 $100 gift cards.
“A Classic burger comes equipped with American cheese, pickles, onions and Love sauce,” says recent coverage by the Las Vegas Review-Journal. “The All-American, a take on the McDonald’s standard, features American cheese, pickles, onion, ketchup and mustard. For an S.O.B. — Smashed Onion Burger — white onions are smashed into the patty; when done, American cheese, pickles and Love sauce go on top.”
