With locations in Henderson and Southwest Las Vegas, award-winning local Italian restaurant Bella Vita has taken further steps towards opening its third restaurant. A permit was issued by Clark County in January for a tenant improvement in suite 8 at 740 S Rampart Blvd.

Bella Vita has made a name for itself with its “obsessive Italian cuisine” and craft cocktails. It takes a modern approach to traditional Italian cuisine, offering dishes like Lobster Ravioli, with homemade ravioli, lobster meat, shrimp, and creamy pink vodka sauce, as well as the favorite of owner Sergio Montegrande–short ribs, braised, with red wine and root vegetables served over linguine.

What Now Las Vegas unable to reach Montegrande on Monday for comment on the restaurant’s expected opening date. Firm dates are hard to come by (and still harder to stick to) in the post-pandemic world, but it is clear the project is well underway.

Opening at Boca Park, the restaurant will join in a community of eateries that includes restaurants like The Cheesecake Factory, Hussong’s Mexican Cantina, and Kona Grill. Keep an eye out for delicious Italian cuisine and desserts like cannoli, tiramisu, and Spumoni Bomba coming to the Fashion Village at Boca Park soon.
