With more than 900 locations, Zaxby’s has proven itself as a successful fast-casual chain, especially in the southeastern states. But it has yet to make its debut in Nevada—until next year, that is. Zaxby’s is planning to make its Vegas launch in Q3 of 2024, franchisee Royce Chow told What Now on Thursday.

“The concept was going pretty strong in the east,” Chow told What Now. “Now it’s growing everywhere.”

The Zaxby’s menu features a selection of Fingerz & Wings Mealz, including the Sauced Big Zax Snak Meal (So overloaded with flavor, we didn’t have room for the ‘c’. Sauced Chicken Fingerz™, Texas Toast, Ranch Sauce, served with Crinkle Fries, and a small Coca-Cola drink) and Traditional Wings & Things (5 Traditional Wings tossed in your choice of sauce with Ranch and 3 Chicken Fingerz™ with Zax Sauce®. Served with Texas Toast, Crinkle Fries, and Small Drink).

There are also selections of Sandwich Mealz, including the Grilled Chicken Sandwich, the Zaxby’s Spicy Signature Sandwich, and the Fried Chicken Philly; Big Zalads like the Cobb Zalad; and Shareables like Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries and Chicken Parm Loaded Fries.

“For me, the most important piece is that Zaxby’s food is very good, and it also has that southern hospitality,” Chow said. “It’s the combination that makes it a successful concept.”
