With locations at 5020 Spring Mountain Road in Chinatown and at 225 W Centennial Parkway in North Las Vegas, Japanese curry restaurant chain Zen Curry Dining appears to be preparing to open a third Las Vegas location. Licensing paperwork recently submitted to Clark County by Zen West LLC shows the restaurant opening in suite 100 at 9700 W Tropicana Ave.

The North Las Vegas location offers appetizers like Takoyaki, Karaage, and Shumai, with main dishes including the Original Curry with white rice, Katsu Don, and Curry Udon. A selection of ramen flavor profiles includes Curry Ramen, Shoyu Ramen, Spicy Miso Ramen, and Tonkotsu Ramen.

The Tropicana location is part of Trop Canyon Mall, a shopping center on the northeastern corner of the intersection with South Grand Canyon Drive. It is also home to eateries like Sweet Garden Japanese Cheesecake and Rustica Pizzeria.

What Now reached out to co-owner Takaya Zembayashi on Wednesday. Zembayashi confirmed the news but did not comment further at this time.
