What was once a pop-up store at The Palazzo will soon become a permanent installation, according to recent permit applications.

In late December 2020, Phase II Mall Subsidiary applied for a $269,000 remodel on behalf of The Palazzo’s Louis Vuitton location, which is listed as a pop-up store on the official Louis Vuitton website.

When contacted for comment, the public relations department representing The Palazzo at The Venetian declined to comment on the renovation.

This store is centrally located within the Grand Canal Shoppes, surrounded by other luxury brands including Fendi, Jimmy Choo, Burberry, and Montblanc. The Grand Canal Shoppes are famous for their iconic indoor canal and gondola, typically occupied by a costumed gondolier.

This Louis Vuitton location is one of 160 stores in the Shoppes, which are located within the expansive complex of The Palazzo at The Venetian.
