The Vibe Tasting Lounge is revving up to pour into Sun City Summerlin. According to a City of Las Vegas permit, the new winery is expected to open in the Plaza North retail and office strip center at 9300 Sun City Blvd, 103.

According to owner Kirk Hartle, construction is underway.

“Hoping for the end of July or early August. Had some delays in construction, but getting close,” Hartle said in a quick text conversation with What Now Las Vegas.

Hartle shared that he’s planning for a September grand opening and an early August soft opening.

“This has been a project in the works for over 6 years, building the production side, and now ready for the retail side to grow the brand,” Hartle said.

“The Vibe is a cool place for people to come and socialize and connect with Paso Robles wine, local craft beers on tap, and other beverages with music in a fun and inviting atmosphere.”

Hartle’s winemaking journey started with a visit to Paso Robles in 2004. A few years later, he joined a winemaking school in Las Vegas, where he and his family are from. By 2021, the family had created its first vintage and has continued to grow since then.

“Hartle Family Wines is a Paso Robles boutique winery committed to creating the highest quality wines sourced from the best vineyards in the Paso Robles AVA,” the Hartle Family Wines website reads.

“This is truly a passion for me, and I am grateful for the Paso wine community, family, and friends for being so very supportive and helpful in making my dreams become a reality.”

The family has been looking for the perfect place to bring their Paso Robles wine, local craft beers on tap, and other beverages with music in a fun and inviting atmosphere to the Las Vegas Valley for a while now.

“We’re truly grateful for the positive feedback on our first three vintages and all the support received from the Paso wine community to get to this point. It inspires us to continue to grow our production and bring new experiences to our Club members and new customers,” Hartle, the Wine Captain, writes on the Hartle Family Wines website.

“I invite you to explore our site to learn more about each wine and the stories behind them. Once you experience our wines, we would love any and all feedback. Our goal is to make great Paso wine that elevates your wine experience. Cheers!”

The Vibe Tasting Lounge is anticipated to open in Sun City Summerlin within the Plaza North retail and office strip center at 9300 Sun City Blvd, 103, before the end of this summer.

“I hope it’s a place people in the community enjoy coming to for relaxation and connection and to experience great wines from Paso Robles (made by me, a born and raised Las Vegan) and select other special wine regions, enjoy local craft brews, and enjoy good music,” Hartle said,
“As a born and raised Las Vegan, I am proud to bring the wine region of Paso Robles to Las Vegas and share as much as I can about the special place that Paso Robles is.”
