The Fallas Paredes in Van Nuys, at 6633 N. Van Nuys Blvd., could soon be transformed into Planet Fitness.
Reps for the gym have filed a Conditional Use Permit application with the City of Los Angeles “to allow a gym to operate 24 hours” in the “existing commercial corner development.”
Planet Fitness would replace the discount store in its 20,050-square-foot space if approved.
The planned Van Nuys Planet Fitness is the third in recent months unveiled for the San Fernando Valley.
