Planet Fitness is almost ready to open its Chatsworth doors, at 9825 Mason Ave.
The free-standing gym has started its “pre-grand opening sale” and is set to debut early-April, 2020, according to a Planet Fitness Chatsworth rep.
An exact opening date has not yet been confirmed, but Google Places indicates an April 18 opening.
Ahead of its debut, Planet Fitness’ landlord has put the property that houses the gym chain for sale. An official listing went live last week.
$9,450,000 is the asking price, and at 20,040 square feet, it is “one of the largest Planet Fitnesses in the system,” according to the listing.
The purchase of the Planet Fitness site will not affect its opening.
