Co-living development Ollie at NoHo has opened its North Hollywood doors, at 5544 Bonner Avenue, according to a press release Tuesday. Ollie at NoHo features 31 private bedrooms across five apartments. Each bedroom is fully furnished and includes weekly housekeeping, a private bathroom, central A/C, in-unit laundry, Wi-Fi, Hulu LiveTV, social events, and all utilities in one monthly charge — starting at $1279.
“We have seen an amazing response from the community,” Gregg Christiansen, Ollie’s president, said in the release. “Ollie at NoHo caters perfectly to residents that value an elevated living experience with a blend of privacy and sense of community,”
Ollie at NoHo includes an outdoor courtyard and BBQ, onsite car and bicycle parking, and secured access. Maintenance requests, paying rent, scheduling housekeeping, accessing units, and RSVPing to social events can all be done from a resident’s smartphone via the Ollie Living App. Ollie at NoHo has also partnered with Bedvetter, allowing residents to match with roommates before moving in.
Ollie bills itself as the “leading housing platform that revolutionizes the living experience for renters through an ‘all-inclusive living’ experience combining thoughtfully furnished studios with extraordinary lifestyle services and community engagement.” The company has locations in Boston, New York, Pittsburgh, and now, Los Angeles.
