Chesterfield Square will soon be home to Normandie Express Car Wash.

The City of Los Angeles last week issued the necessary permitting for construction to begin on the new 3,985-square-foot, fully-automated drive-through carwash, at 5815 Normandie Ave.

As part of the two-story facility, Normandie Express Car Wash will offer 22 vacuum station stalls.

Construction is expected to ring in at around $715,000.

Several structures on the 22,166-square-foot lot, at the southwest corner of Normandie Avenue and West 58th Street, are being demolished to make way for the car wash.

The timeline for construction is unclear.

Ubcon, Inc., the company building Normandie Express Car Wash, on Friday did not immediately respond to a request for comment by What Now Los Angeles.

Owner Moon Hee Michael Lee was also unavailable.
