It’s still early in the process, but a project representative is engaging the South Robertson Neighborhood Council to discuss 1255 S La Cienega Boulevard, a vacant plot of land that has much mixed-use potential.

The Council’s land use committee agenda for Tuesday, August 4, indicates that there are plans for a seven-story building with 30 apartments overtop a medical office on the first level. The proposal also calls for a parking garage with 35 parking stalls, spread out across two above-ground levels and one subterranean level.

While the project application has not yet been submitted, there are still several renderings available to get a better picture of what the project might look like if made reality.
