Los Angeles-based RYDA, the firm behind redevelopment projects like DTLA’s Third & Traction, is planning a new, yet-to-be-named development in Silver Lake.
Leasing materials were published early-January and updated Monday for the 3,980-square-foot project, at 1529 Griffith Park Blvd.
The Silver Lake single-story commercial building would be a redevelopment of the Enrique Auto Parts building which dates back to 1925, according to the listing.
There would be one restaurant space (851 square feet with a 500-square-foot patio), and two retail suites, sized 1,388 square feet and 1,741 square feet.
Neman Brothers & Associates, a fabric supply company from the family behind RYDA, is listed on the leasing docs as a tenant, but it’s unclear which space it would occupy.
Nice.
