Silver Lake will soon be home to Erewhon Market.
The organic grocery store and cafe will anchor the under-construction 4121 Santa Monica Blvd mixed-use, according to recently-updated marketing materials for the development.
Erewhon Market has leased spaces “A” and “B” on the center’s ground floor leaving one commercial space which Developer CIM Group could fill with a food and beverage tenant.
It’s unclear when Erewhon Market will open but 4121 Santa Monica Blvd, previously announced to debut in Q3 2019, will open before the end of the year.
Erewhon Market earlier this year confirmed with Eater LA that is was headed to Silver Lake, but at the time did not yet reveal the exact location.
The grocery chain has five existing locations: Calabasas, Los Angeles, Pacific Palisades, Santa Monica, and Venice.
