Country Harvest is expanding to a third location in Camarilla, located at 596 Mobil Ave.
The new restaurant will move into a 2,500 square-foot location by Oct. 18, owner Chris DePalma tells What Now Los Angeles. The third location will replace Marcy’s Attic, which moved down to a new location in Camarillo. Country Harvest will sit next to Jessica’s Cafe and behind Sushi Fresh and La Bodega Farmers Meat Market.
Country Harvest first opened in Newbury Park in 2002 before opening a second location in Moorpark. The restaurant offers home-style American dishes during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Customers can expect to find everything from country-fried steak and eggs to old fashion pot roasts. On top of the food that makes you feel right at home, the restaurant also has a limited selection of beers and wines.
If their food wasn’t enough to convince you to become a regular, the restaurant is adamant about supporting their community. The original location at 3345 Kimber Dr. is a proud sponsor of Newbury Park’s baseball team, youth football team, and high school football team. The restaurant also offers weekly and monthly specials, including an all-you-can-eat buffet on select Sundays, formally known as “Family Night.”
“The founder & previous owner Debbie took the restaurant feel out of eating,” according to their website. “She set the pace, to make you feel right at home. We have embraced her original philosophy. We continue to support our community and create a special family-friendly atmosphere.”
