DAV Pizza is opening its first location in Santa Fe Springs, located at 12614 Leffingwell Rd.

This brand new 1,500 square-foot pizza shop is moving into the food court of multi-tenant retail and office space. Owner Ayman Beshei expects to open the first location of the restaurant around January 2022. He tells What Now Los Angeles he hopes to eventually franchise this company and expand to more locations through Los Angeles. Other tenants within the food court include Starbucks, Subway, Simply Poke, Flame Broiler, and others.

Customers can expect to find all the traditional favorites at a pizza shop, including various pizza, salads, sides, and other Italian options. It’s unclear what other specials the pizza shop will be running. What is known is the company will have stiff competition with other pizza chains in the area, including Little Ceasars, Pizza Hut, and Piara Pizza. Other nearby pizza shops nearby include Pizzamania, Ambrose Pizzeria, and So Cal Pizza.

DAV Pizza, officially listed at D A V Pizza Inc., doesn’t have any online presence, despite the approaching opening date. The company has yet to create any social media or website, offering little into what is in store for this new pizza shop. DAV Pizza has signed a five-year lease agreement so that Santa Fe Springs can expect the pizza shop in this location for quite some time.
