Eat Fantastic, a contemporary American eatery renowned for its gourmet burgers and scratch-made breakfast burritos crafted with fresh, local ingredients, is expanding with three new locations in Los Angeles County.
The company recently submitted a liquor license application for Eat Fantastic #11 in Redondo Beach, which will open at 701 N. Pacific Coast Highway in the former Carl’s Jr. building in King Harbor Plaza. This expansion is part of a broader growth strategy, as the company is also converting the Fantastic Cafe in Norco, located at 994 Hamner Avenue, into an Eat Fantastic location. Additionally, Angelo’s Burgers in Glendora is transitioning to Eat Fantastic at 213 W Route 66, marking the brand’s continued push into new neighborhoods.
Eat Fantastic prides itself on fast, fresh food made entirely in-house, featuring menu highlights such as their signature G.O.A.T. burger, breakfast burritos, freshly breaded chicken tenders, and unique house-made sauces. The brand emphasizes the use of high-quality ingredients sourced daily from local suppliers and offers a loyalty rewards program through its mobile app to enhance customer engagement. With a focus on fast delivery, drive-thru convenience, and friendly customer service, Eat Fantastic aims to provide a relaxed yet high-quality dining experience.
Eat Fantastic is currently operating multiple locations across Southern California, including Arcadia, El Segundo, Long Beach Retro Row, Lomita, Tustin, and North Torrance. The restaurant’s newest openings will further solidify its presence in the region. The company’s continued growth reflects its commitment to refining classic American eats and expanding its footprint across LA County. These new locations are expected to meet growing local demand for fresh, fast-casual dining options.
