LA Urban Fitness, which formerly had a location at 3015 Main St. in Santa Monica, is returning to the community with a location in Venice. It will open at 235 Main St., bringing a nutrition center and cafe to the space (ToddRickAllen spotted the signage). The space formerly housed Umami Burger.

George Salem, who owned the Santa Monica location, will operate the forthcoming location in Venice. He told What Now Los Angeles in a message that he is aiming to open the new spot in September.

When it was open in Santa Monica, LA Urban Fitness offered organic juice and smoothies, health bars, vitamins, and supplements. What Now Los Angeles is awaiting further updates from Salem regarding the upcoming menu.
