CAVA is continuing its Los Angeles expansion with a new location. The restaurant will host a Community Day program before opening. The new restaurant is also expected to create several local jobs.
CAVA Opens New Location in Westlake Village

The popular Mediterranean restaurant chain CAVA is opening its newest location in Westlake Village. The restaurant will open on May 15, 2026, at 968-12 S Westlake Boulevard, Westlake Village. It will open daily from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
CAVA is known for its Mediterranean-inspired bowls, pitas, dips, and dressings. Its goal is to serve healthy and flavorful food. It also aims to create a welcoming experience for customers, emphasizing hospitality and serving others.
“Our mission is to bring heart, health, and humanity to food, and everything we do at CAVA is grounded in that spirit of generosity, to our guests, our team members, and our community,” said Corey Cheek, Regional Director. “We couldn’t be more thrilled to be in Westlake Village and continue growing our presence in the Greater Los Angeles area.”
New CAVA Location to Bring Jobs and Community Support

Ahead of the grand opening, CAVA will host a Community Day event where guests will receive free meals. Guests can also make donations to support Food Share of Ventura County. The brand will match the donations up to $1,000.
The restaurant chain has raised more than $1 million in money and food donations since 2019. The new location is expected to create 25 to 40 local jobs. The brand has supported various communities over the years through donations and new job opportunities.
The opening of CAVA’s new location highlights the brand’s continued growth in California. Along with the Mediterranean menu, it will also support the local community.
