Nong Lá, a Vietnamese cafe with locations in La Brea and Sawtelle, is slated to open its third location in Culver City this winter, reports Toddrickallen.

Siblings Elaine and Victor Phuong opened Nong Lá in 2012 in honor of their mother’s cooking. “After experimenting with old family recipes and a lot of research, the siblings went all in along with other family members, to open Nong Lá – a restaurant that celebrates the food they grew up eating,” says their website.

The restaurant offers traditional dishes such as phở, bún, and bánh mì, and is dedicated to using the freshest ingredients like free-range chicken, cage-free eggs, and prime cuts of beef.

“Our phở features a clean, light broth and we proudly use fresh rice noodles,” the site continues.

Nong Lá’s La Brea and Sawtelle locations are open seven days a week from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
