- The inspection report noted that a pan of raw chicken and steak was kept above tomatoes and food.
- Raw chicken and shredded raw meat were also kept above ready-to-eat tomatoes in the kitchen area.
- The inspection noted a build-up inside the ice machine. The staff was instructed to remove ice and properly clean and sanitize the ice machine.
- Several food items were stored at improper cold holding temperatures. The required temperature of 41°F or below was not maintained.

- Water backing up from a floor drain was observed while the three-compartment sink was in use.
- The back kitchen, especially near the sink area, was found to be unclean and not properly maintained.
