A coffee shop chain is eyeing an uncommon site for its next location, requiring a full buildout in Collierville.

7 Brew Coffee is planning to move into the former Urgent Care for Children building at 604 W. Poplar Ave. The vacant site sits on 0.81 acres, across from Discount Tire and the Walmart Supercenter, according to the Commercial Appeal.

Franchise owner Tim Heeren told What Now Memphis they’re still in the early stages as they await final approvals from the city.

The chain offers a wide variety of drinks, including its signature “7 original coffees,” which feature flavors like Blondie, Brunette, Smooth 7, Cinnamon Roll, White Chocolate Mocha, German Chocolate and Sweet & Salty.

They also serve classics like lattes and cold brews, along with iced or frozen energy drinks, sparkling infused water, tea, lemonade, smoothies and shakes.

“7 Brew was born from a desire to change drive-thru coffee into a fun, mind-blowing experience for everyone. We dreamed of serving premium coffee in record time and making new friends while we’re at it. The dream came alive with our first ‘stand’ in Rogers, AR and our 7 original coffees,” their website reads.

The brand now has more than 400 locations nationwide. This would mark its fourth in the Memphis area, joining two locations in the city—at 2019 Whitten Road and 1625 Union Ave.—and a recently opened shop in Bartlett at 5879 Stage Road.
