A local burger joint is heading to Collierville.
Belly Acres will soon open a new restaurant at 3660 S Houston Levee Rd, Suite 104 in the Houston Levee Galleria. The eatery will take over the former 4,125-square-foot Staks! Kitchen space.
On January 28, Belly Acres announced the news on social media. “Belly Acres in Collierville is opening SOON, and we’re hiring for all positions,” wrote ownership.
Founded in 2014 by local restaurateur Ben McLean and chef Rob Ray, Belly Acres was acquired by Lee Scifres in 2019. The restaurant currently operates one East Memphis site in the Regalia Shopping Center, with additional locations on the way to Southaven’s Silo Square and Nashville.
Known for its farm-to-table fare, the eatery serves 100% grass-fed beef burgers from Home Place Pastures in Como, Mississippi. The menu also features hand-breaded free-range chicken, “gigantic” salads, sandwiches, milkshakes, and plenty of diet-friendly options, including vegetarian burgers and gluten-free buns.
Belly Acres Collierville is expected to open in April 2025. Interested applicants can email their resumes to [email protected].
