Like the first rays of sun peaking over the horizon, a popular daytime restaurant appears to be tiptoeing towards a third Memphis-area location. First Watch has been very busy over the past few years and shows no indications of slowing down, as indicated by paperwork filed for a new Wolfchase storefront.

The form submitted to the Memphis and Shelby County Division of Planning and Development indicates that First Watch is hoping to set up shop at 8101 Giacosa Plaza. The breakfast and brunch spot would be in good company, joining a strip mall that currently houses Man vs Fries and Pardon My Cheesesteak.

First Watch has applied for a minor modification of the storefront, described  as “interior alteration and removal of existing patio structure to be replaced with landscaping and facade updates.”

What Now Memphis has reached out to First Watch for further details and will update readers as information becomes available.

The enormously popular chain is not a total stranger to the greater Memphis area. First Watch currently has one storefront open in Germantown and another in Oxford, Mississippi. With its rotating seasonal menus and stable of freshly made breakfast and lunch favorites, First Watch is certain to win over Foxchase foodies, whenever it opens its doors.
