A new smashburger spot is set to open soon in Arlington.
Located at 11125 US-70 in the Shoppes of Arlington, Burger Prime will occupy the former Baby Jack’s BBQ space in Suites 101 and 102. The 2,600-square-foot eatery, according to recently filed city permits, will maintain the same layout as its predecessor while offering fast, flavorful meals.
Although owners Patrick Tan and David Yang have not yet responded to inquiries from What Now Memphis, the Burger Prime Facebook page offers a preview of the concept.
“Burger Prime is a family-owned and operated spot serving fresh, smash-style burgers, crispy fries, and hand-spun milkshakes,” reads the business bio. “Fast, delicious, and made with quality ingredients. #BurgerPrime”
Additionally, Crye Leike Realtors Vice President J. Tucker Beck shared the news on LinkedIn, providing further insights. According to the post, Burger Prime will be locally owned and operated, featuring both a casual dine-in and drive-thru experience. Joe Lee will serve as the restaurant’s general manager.
Tan’s automated email response notes he will be available to provide more information after returning from his wedding on March 31, 2025, so keep an eye out for updates next month.
