2025 has been a good year for Memphis-area coffee fanatics. 7 Brew, the undisputed rising star of the java scene, has made a concerted push into the area, guided by the steady hand of a franchisee who knows his business. The popular chain is setting up yet another drive-thru location, this time in Collierville, reports Commercial Appeal.

The unspeakably popular cafe will be taking 604 West Poplar Avenue in a dramatically different direction than the storefront previously enjoyed. The building previously served as the Urgent Care for Children and the plans call for a full rebuild.

Like most 7 Brew locations, the Collierville space will span 510 square feet. One of 7 Brew’s distinguishing characteristics is its commitment to modular buildings, which allow for both uniformity across the franchise and a swifter fabrication time.

Speed truly is the name of the game for 7 Brew. While the chain maintains high levels of quality in its signature drinks it also strives to serve its customers swiftly and efficiently.

The Collierville location is one of several in development in the greater Memphis area. Tim Heeren, the franchisee behind the new spot, has successfully ushered previous storefronts to fruition and is guiding even more.

7 Brew has established itself as a serious force in the fast-casual coffee scene in less than 10 years. Founded in 2017, the chain now has over 500 locations up and running across the United States.
