Something new is cooking in Downtown Memphis.

Brain Food Memphis is planned for 121 Union Avenue in the space formerly occupied by The Nine Thai & Sushi.

The concept comes from Tredarious Hayes. Brain Food Memphis can currently be found at the Memphis Kitchen Co-Op in Cordova, offering pick-up and delivery of their flavorful eats. They also operate a food truck and offer catering services.

The Brain Food Memphis menu includes pasta bowls (with customizable build-your-own options), fresh catfish, garlic rolls, sliders, salmon nuggets and more, like the signature Alfredo Fries (fries topped with  house-made Alfredo sauce and parmesan cheese).

The eatery is expected to open in Downtown Memphis this summer, with a full bar.
