Three Guys Pizza Pies may need a new name after a group of four guys recently took over the business.

The restaurant, which has locations in Southaven and Lakeland, was sold by longtime owners Dave and Melissa Pippin after 15 years. The new owners are Clay Swindle and Justin Stevens, who franchise several TCBY locations in the Mid-South; Fabian Nelson, a Potbelly Sandwich Shop franchisee in Olive Branch; and businessman Logan Strickland, according to DeSoto County News.

Nelson told the outlet the group plans to keep the original recipes but refresh operations and renovate both locations over the next year. They also plan to expand their presence on social media and increase community involvement by partnering with local hospitals, churches and schools.

Catering services are also in the works, which the owners say will support marketing efforts. They also aim to strengthen delivery and pickup options.

Three Guys Pizza Pies offers a flavorful menu centered on specialty pizzas. Highlights include the Angry Hawaiian Guy, which blends sweet pineapple with spicy jalapeños and savory Canadian bacon, and the meat-packed Carnivore. Each pizza features fresh ingredients and a perfectly baked crust for a satisfying meal.

The menu also includes fresh salads with greens, tomatoes, cheese, ham and bacon, along with calzones and subs for added variety. Dessert options include cinnamon knots, cannolis and a dessert pizza topped with chocolate chips, crushed Oreos and icing.

The restaurant is open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and closed on Mondays.
