Fall weather is beginning to creep in, and it is bringing fresh breakfast options with it to Memphis this year. First Watch, a chain beloved for its celebration of the most important meal of the day, is nearing its latest regional opening, reports Commercial Appeal.

The 5,256 square foot eatery, located at 7810 Poplar Avenue has been hotly anticipated, and now, at last, Germantown residents can mark their calendars and begin the countdown to opening. First Watch Germantown’s Google page states the restaurant will begin serving customers on September 22. While the eatery is likely to become an enduring community favorite, the establishment is providing a delicious incentive for new regulars to stop in during its first week on the scene; the website states “opening week we’ll be offering you a pot of our Project Sunrise coffee on the house.”

First Watch is offering several pre-opening perks for early birds, ranging from free tumblers to birthday benefits-check out the official Germantown specific website for the full details.

The former Chili’s Grill and Bar turned daytime eatery will feature a bar and a patio. Germantown breakfast and lunch fans can look forward to a rotating seasonal menu served hot, fresh, and made-to-order from  7am to 2:30pm daily.
