Burgers, wings and bold flavors are making a bigger mark in Memphis.

HillBoyz Wing and Burger Bar is opening a second location this summer, according to the restaurant’s social media pages.

The menu features a variety of burger options, from single patties to stacked doubles and triples. Each burger comes loaded with lettuce, tomato, cheese, onions, pickles and mayo—plus the option to add bacon. One standout is “The Memphian,” a local favorite made with a burger patty, cheese, bacon, tangy barbecue sauce, crispy onions and a toasted bun.

HillBoyz also pays homage to the Philadelphia region with several cheesesteak options, including the classic, “The Sunriser” topped with a fried egg, and “The Dynamic Duo,” made with both steak and shrimp.

The restaurant also serves jumbo wings, all of which can be paired with crispy fries or onion rings.

HillBoyz’s original location is at 3711 Lamar Ave. According to WMC-TV, that shop has faced challenges in recent months—its windows were smashed in December 2024, and again in April. Repairs are underway with support from local nonprofits and community organizations.

What Now Memphis reached out to owners, Loard and Tabitha Cole, for details about the second location and an update on the Lamar Avenue shop.

While the address and opening date for the new location haven’t been announced, updates will be shared on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
