HQ Korean BBQ & Hot Pot is looking to make its debut soon in Wolfchase, located at Wolfchase at 2828 Wolfcreek Ln.

The new HQ Korean BBQ & Hot Pot will move into the former home of The Juicy Crab in The Market at Wolfcreek. Owner Kevin Xu confirms with What Now Memphis that the restaurant is in the works but could not provide additional details or an opening date. The new 8,970-square-foot restaurant will sit at the corner site next to a Mathnasium. HQ Korean BBQ & Hot Pot combines the best of two worlds, hot pot, and Korean BBQ, to offer you a unique dining experience not often found in Memphis.

Customers can expect delicious Korean BBQ dishes with the freshest and highest-quality ingredients. HQ Korean BBQ & Hot Pot will offer a variety of meat cuts, seafood, and vegetable options, along with other rice, noodle, and side options. While the concept is not often seen in the Memphis area, the restaurant will have to compete with 901 Hot Pot & Korean BBQ on the other side of U.S. Highway 64.

Despite having a close competitor, the new restaurant should see great success in this area with many other retailers and restaurants in the shopping mall. Other big businesses at The Market at Wolfcreek include Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, Dave & Busters, and The Home Depot. At the very least, HQ Korean BBQ & Hot Pot will provide Wolfchase with a new self-serve restaurant. Other Asian-inspired restaurants in the area include Genghis Grill and Pei Wei Asian Kitch.
