Night club inspired Let’s Fiesta Bar and Grill is set to open in the coming months. Owner Joanna Sala disclosed that once the kitchen inspection is done that they will move forward with renovations which could take a little over a month.

Although a certificate of occupancy permit filed with the City of Memphis lists 5992 Knight Arnold Road at Let’s Fiesta’s address (pictured above), Sala tells What Now Memphis the business won’t be opening at that address. Instead, the venue will debut elsewhere with the location slated to be announced soon.

The concept is different from other restaurants, according to Sala. “We want more of an open concept, less of a restaurant and more of a night club feel,” Sala said. The goal is to open up two separate spaces in the venue and create that night club environment.

The new joint will offer daily happy hour and a weekend night club for patrons to enjoy. The night club is planned to operate from 10 pm – 4 am Fridays and Saturdays and 10 pm – 2 am on Sundays. The plan is to have a DJ on the weekends for the club and during the week continue the music vibe while the restaurant is operating.

At some point there will be an addition of an outdoor patio set up for patrons to spend time outside while enjoying the same open concept space.

The food served will be spins on classic Mexican favorites, while also dishing up classic tacos. Sala reported, “The menu will look a little different from other Mexican restaurants.” Alcoholic beverages will also be available to customers of Let’s Fiesta.
