Memphis is eagerly awaiting a new restaurant and tavern that’s hoping to open its doors just in time for the holidays. Madison Tavern will make its home at 2126 Madison Ave, in the spot where the former Local on the Square served its beloved burgers and beers just days ago.

Owned by husband-and-wife duo Tim and Tarrah Quinn, who also oversee Local on Main, Madison Tavern aims to strike a balance between elegance and accessibility. With a cozy lodge-like ambiance, it’s a place where patrons can savor a special dinner without breaking the bank. While the Quinns hope to welcome guests for Thanksgiving, a more realistic timeline might be mid-December 2023, pending final input from the design team.

Get ready to celebrate everyday moments at Madison Tavern, where the legacy of Local lives on in a fresh and inviting atmosphere.
