A Mediterranean-style restaurant is coming to Oxford, Mississippi.

Owned by Alex Eaton, Aplós Simple Mediterranean draws inspiration from casual eateries in Greece, Italy and the Middle East. The name “Aplós,” which means “simple” in Greek, reflects the restaurant’s commitment to fresh, authentic ingredients and dishes.

The menu features a variety of starters, including Greek wings tossed with lemon, Parmesan, Aleppo pepper and creamy feta; crispy Lebanese cheese rolls; and a savory Mediterranean street corn dip.

Customers can also enjoy classics such as the gyro plate, chicken shawarma plate and falafel wrap, along with pizzas that range from traditional cheese and pepperoni to indulgent options like sweet and spicy salami or shrimp with corn and bacon. Diners can add extra flavor with spicy feta sauce, harissa comeback sauce, hot honey or tzatziki.

Aplós Simple Mediterranean also offers catering, with build-your-own bowls, wraps, pizzas and wings, plus signature dips for sharing.

While the exact location and opening date have not been announced, updates will be posted on Facebook and Instagram.
